Molly BerghoutPiano Teacher
Molly studied music in England for twelve years, completing the graded examinations of the ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) in both piano and pipe organ. She performed piano in a number of music festivals and competitions in London receiving awards from the West London Pianoforte Festival, the North London Festival of Music and Drama, and the Richmond-Upon-Thames Performing Arts Festival. Molly received private instruction from the organists in residence at the Brompton Oratory and St Paul’s Cathedral as well as being a student of the Royal College of Organists Organ School where she played at prestigious locations such as Westminster Central Hall and St Giles, Barbican. In addition, Molly was a soprano with the Colchester Choral Society performing in Bach’s St. John Passion, Faure’s Requiem, and Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis. Molly successfully obtained the Associate of the Royal Schools of Music (ARSM) in Piano Performance with Distinction and achieved the ABRSM Diploma in Piano Teaching. She is currently finishing her Bachelor degree in Music Composition with Berklee College of Music.
